Christmas Cards

Sending Christmas cards is something my wife loves to do.  I like the new photo cards people send so you can see how their kids have grown over the past year.  I like how some people will send photos of their animals wishing you happy holidays.

The boys at Shutterfly do a great job with these cards.  They have so much to offer for these products.  Having been a customer of theirs for some time, I can advise they make a high quality product during these tough times.  Check out these links:

So this week is Thanksgiving.  I am thankful that I could travel to my Dad's to see him and his wife for the holiday.  We are going to take our holiday picture here.

While coming down to Florida, we stopped at the state rest area just over the state line.  I wanted so free orange juice and use the bathroom.  I got my free orange juice and was looking through brochures when I saw someone who looked familiar.  Next, I heard the guy speak to my wife and say, "Maria?"

The guy turns out to be my pal Slim!

What are the odds of running into one of my buddies that I go on these yearly excursion with?

We had a great visit at the rest stop.
Maria got this great photo of us together:

Nothing better than hanging with an old friend on the holidays, even if only for a few minutes.
